One of our promises to our customers is precision delivery. We are hands-on in the end-to-end process of conceptualizing our products to ensuring that your orders get delivered on time and at their best conditions.
Part of our promise is to check products before shipment to make sure your orders are correct and not damaged.
At Suit Up, we take customer experience to the highest level. However, in circumstances that your orders must be returned or exchanged, we will only accept the following as valid reasons:
• Wrong color
• Wrong size
• Wrong design
• Factory defect
• Only regular priced items can be returned.
• Item to be returned must be in its original condition.
• You only have seven (7) days to contact us regarding this policy. Email us at email@example.com.
• Someone from our team will contact you and assist you in the shipment terms and further return and exchange transactions.

How do I pay my orders?You may pay via credit card such as Visa and MasterCard. We are also accepting payments through Remittance Centers like Western Union, ML Kwarta Padala, Palawan Express and LBC Payment. We also do COD on meet ups within Parañaque, Alabang and Las Piñas area. Instructions will be emailed to you once you order an item.Are there any extra charges?There will be a fixed shipping cost of 75php. The cost is indicated on your cart when you order an item.How do I know you got my order?Upon placing your order, we will send you an email confirmation with your order details after your payment has been accepted and send you all the shipping/delivery details after we have sent your covers. When will I receive my order?
We will only accept orders until 5pm. Orders made beyond the cut off period will be processed the following day. Delivery period usually takes 3 to 4 days depending on your location.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes we do. Rush order fee is 300 php. Delivery time is 1-2 days upon confirmation of payment.
Where do you deliver?
We make sure you get your orders wherever you’re at! We deliver nationwide and overseas.
Do you do airport deliveries?
Good news! We understand your need to protect your luggages during your travels. We do airport deliveries for a fee of 75php.
What delivery carrier do you use?
We partner with LBC for local shipments and DHL for international shipments.
Can I have my own design printed on the cover?
We value your own unique and personal designs. Please upload your designs to firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure images are in high-resolution format, 300 dpi.
Do you also sell gift boxes?
Our gift boxes come in two sizes; Small size (fits one cover) and Large size (fits 2 covers). It comes with a ribbon and a card! Kindly call our hotline for the price.
